Alex Croft

Alex is responsible for leading and implementing Bradford Arts Centre’s strategic vision. This includes developing partnerships, fundraising, and representing the company on a number of strategic Boards and Steering Groups.

A University of Bradford graduate, Alex began his career working in arts marketing at Northern Ballet and Leeds Playhouse before heading up the communications department at Phoenix Dance Theatre. Prior to joining Kala Sangam, he was Relationship Manager for Dance for Arts Council England. He is a private sector member of WYCA’s Culture, Heritage and Sport Committee and Chair of West Yorkshire Music Hub. He co-founded Bradford Producing Hub and was the founding Chair of Bradford’s Cultural Voice Forum. Alex is a Trustee of balletLORENT.
