Dave Searle

Dave is the main technician at Bradford Arts Centre, working on a freelance basis providing technical support for most of the programmed events as well as technical consultancy for our wider technical needs. He has worked in theatre and events for the past 37 evers, from college productions to communities shows in old mills. As Deputy Chief Electrician at Bradford Theatres he worked on Panto to Phantom and was Stage and Electrics Manager at St George’s Hall working on Sooty to Steps, Halle Orchestra to Hello Dolly, Black Dyke Mills to the Beautiful South and everything in between. He was then Production Manager at Mind the Gap working on National and International tours. Now as a freelancer, he does Audio-Visual tech for small scale Arts Council Funded projects as well a major corporate events. He makes things including sets and props and is currently working on his third camper van conversation
